1969-70 Gibson ES-335 TD in Walnut

In very good condition. All original. Original patent pickups. 1969 to 1970 changeover with no volute, made just prior to the transition to the volute in 1970. There are signs of light play wear with nicks, chips and dings to the top, sides and back. There is slight wear to the binding. There is an area on the side where some of the nicks appear to be touched up. Please see the pictures. Straight neck with nice action and minimal fret wear. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs. The original tuning machine gears feel loose, and the post will move a bit, however the tuners still function correctly without slipping and the guitar stays in tune. Includes Gibson hard-shell case as pictured.
