1966 Rickenbacker 360/365

1966 Rickenbacker 360/365. We believe this guitar was made as a 360 in September 1966 and has been updated to a 365. The particulars on this guitar are:
Neck pickup is original.
Bridge pickup has been replaced with a newer Rickenbacker Toaster. The original pickup is included but will need to be rewound. The newer bridge Toaster is more aggressive than the original neck pickup.
The stereo has been disconnected but the blender still functions.
The 365 tailpiece with trem has been added. The previous tailpiece was a Rickenbacker “R” tailpiece.
“365” is written in pen in the electronics cavity. We are not sure if this was written at the factory or later. We are not sure if this was born a 365 and then converted to a 360 configuration and then back to the 365 configuration.
The guitar has had a recent professional refret. The fingerboard was top coated after the refret.
Overall, the guitar is in very good condition with dings and finish wear along the sides and some minor wear to the top of the headstock.

Includes original Rickenbacker hardshell case that shows signs of wear, but it is structurally intact. All latches function, however, the spring in the left latch is worn and does not pop up when opened.
