In very good condition. There are cosmetic scratches and dings on the body and top as well as finish checking, as can be seen in the pictures. The guitar has had a neck reset. Frets have plenty of life left. There is a well-done professional patch on the back of the guitar near the base. The patch is stable. The bridge and saddle are not original. Nice action. Straight neck and plays well up and down the neck. Includes the original Martin hard-shell case. There is a slight warp in the lid of the case at the top, but the case closes easily and securely.
