In excellent condition. There is a slight scuff on the top, lower bout, treble side. There are some very light finish scratches on the back . There is a hole in the neck heel for a strap pin. One crack in the binding, but the binding is secure and stable. Otherwise, there are no cracks or breaks. Recently set up with new strings. The frets show moderate wear but still have plenty of life left. Includes the original hard-shell case.
