Vintage Weymann Mandolute, stamped No. 20 with serial number 26736 circa early 1920’s. In good condition. Plays well up and down the neck. The frets have medium wear. There are scratches and finish checking throughout. There are two previously repaired top cracks on either side of the neck that extend down towards the sound hole but have not reached the sound hole. The cracks appear to be older repairs and are stable. There is a repaired separation on the base of the mandolute wear the back was separating from the side. This is a newer repair and is also stable. There is a crack on the back near the edge that is unrepaired and is stable. The bridge and the tuning machines appear to be original. Will ship with a chipboard case as pictured.
